NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Harmon Creek Farms Thanksgiving Turkey Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are citizens and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Harmon Creek Farms, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Harmon Creek Farms, located in Hartville, Ohio.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Harmon Creek Farms as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on October 1st, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST and ending October 31st, 2026, at 9:00 PM EST. Winner(s) will be chosen and notified by email or phone number provided at entry on November 2nd 2026.
5. How to Enter
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Harmon Creek Farms website via the SweepWidget Platform. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Harmon Creek Farms.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): You may enter the Sweepstakes for free via the website option. You do not need to make a purchase to enter, and making a purchase will not increase your odds of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person across all entry methods.
6. Prizes
Each of the three Winners of the Sweepstakes will receive one (1) Thanksgiving Turkey. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $100. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Harmon Creek Farms' discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Prize Fulfillment: The Winner(s) must claim the prize within the timeframe from November 2nd 2026 to November 6th 2026. The Winner(s) must then either pick up the turkey in person at the Harmon Creek Farms storefront location in Hartville, Ohio, or successfully coordinate a pickup through Harmon Creek Farms' existing buyers club delivery options before the end of business day, 6:00PM EST on November 30th 2026. Harmon Creek Farms is not responsible for shipping the prize outside of these designated fulfillment methods.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner(s) Selection and Notification
The Winner(s) will be selected by a random selection via SweepWidget Platform under the supervision of Harmon Creek Farms on November 2nd, 2026. The Winner(s) will be notified by email or phone number provided at entry within five (5) days following selection. Harmon Creek Farms shall have no liability for the Winner(s) failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings. If the Winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within timeframe from November 2nd 2026 to November 6th 2026, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner(s) selected.
9. Terms & General Conditions
Harmon Creek Farms reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Harmon Creek Farms’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Harmon Creek Farms and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ohio having jurisdiction.

In-Store Redemption Only: This gift certificate is valid only for in-person purchases made at our physical retail location in Hartville, Ohio. It cannot be redeemed online, over the phone, or at any other unaffiliated marketplace or vendor location.
Presentation Required: The original, physical gift certificate must be presented to the cashier at the time of purchase. Photocopies, digital photographs, or altered certificates will not be accepted.
No Cash Value: This certificate constitutes a prepayment for goods or services only. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, returned, or exchanged for cash or credit, except where explicitly required by Ohio or federal law.
Expiration Policy: In compliance with federal consumer protection laws, the funds on this gift certificate do not expire for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase or activation. If no expiration date is explicitly written on the certificate, it remains valid until fully redeemed.
No Fees: No service charges, administrative fees, dormancy fees, or latency fees will be assessed against the balance of this certificate. The face value remains intact until spent.
Lost or Stolen Certificates: The issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates, nor for any unauthorized use. Treat this certificate like cash; it will not be replaced if misplaced or stolen.
Final Sale: All gift certificate purchases are final. Certificates cannot be refunded or canceled once issued.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
Summary: Valid exclusively for in-store purchases at Harmon Creek Farms, 13222 Congress Lake Ave NE, Hartville, OH 44632. Not redeemable online or at pickup/delivery buying clubs. Must present original physical certificate at checkout. No cash value. Non-refundable. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. This certificate does not expire, and no fees will be charged.
