Whole pig: $4.70/lb + $70 slaughter fee
Half Pig: $4.90/lb + $35 slaughter fee

+VACUUM SEAL: $.75/LB (based on hanging weight)

Links: $1.50/LB

Big Link Casing: $0.60/LB

Patties: $0.75/LB

PRICING ESTIMATE:

Average Hanging Weight: approx. 175-200lbs.

Take home weight is 25-30% less than hanging weight due to moisture loss, trimming, and deboning.
